The Importance of Sleep

Getting enough sleep is important for our health and daily life. In this lesson, moms will learn useful words and grammar tips about sleep and rest.

Do you sleep well every night? Many people do not get enough sleep because they are too busy. Sleep helps our bodies rest and gives us energy for the next day. When we sleep well, we feel happy and work better. Some people need eight hours of sleep, but others need more. Children should sleep early to stay healthy. Drinking coffee late at night can make it hard to sleep. A good bedtime routine helps us relax. I try to go to bed at the same time every night, but sometimes I stay up late watching TV. What time do you usually go to bed?
